  • How do I register?
    You can register on IOS or Android apps.
  • How can I update my profile?
    Follow, Menu > Settings > Update my Profile steps. Updating your informations will make it easier to find a friend.
    From updating section, you can change these details;
    - Your interest gender,
    - Your location,
    - Your interests,
    - Date of birth
  • How can I add my profile photo?
    Statistically, a member with photos has more chance considering a non- photo member. For this reason it is important to upload a photo of you. After signing in, you can follow Menu>Settings>Update my Profile steps. Added photos will be delivered to our admins for evaluation.

    You need to be aware of these criterias;
    1. Your face has to be visible in the photo.
    2. Your photo has to be yourself, it shall not be fake.
    3. Your photo shouldn’t be zoom photo. (not consist of nose, lips, mimics)
    4. We do not accept child, animal, nature, actor/actress photos.
  • About me description has declined. Why?
    As Peeper Team, we care about your comfort. If your profile or description contains any abusing, insulting or inappropriate content, we refuse to update requests or delete some informations. Moreover, sharing mobile numbers and user details from other platforms are not allowed.
Settings
  • What are Line / Listing Settings? How can I adjust them?
    If you want to connect with people in Peeper via camera, you need to adjust some settings in Video Call Status. It's all up to you. You can turn off your status, when you are not available or turn on your status when you are ready to chat.

    If you don't want to receive any messages, you can turn off your message status.

    When you don't want to be visible in member’s listing page, you can turn off your listing status.
  • How can I block a member, if I do not want to recieve calls?
    To block a member, please visit a member's profile. Then click on the "Block" icon which shaped in a circular red.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    You can cancel your membership by following Settings > Menu and then click on the "Delete Acount" link. Before canceling your membership, consider asking us about your problem which you came across and maybe we can solve your issue quickly so that you can resume using your membership. For this, you can fill out the Help Form or send a ticket to support@peeper.com.
Camera Call Settings
  • How can I originate a call?
    You are able to list online members. Firstly, you have to find an appropriate member by searching their profile and press their Camera icon. The call will start depending on a member's availability.

    You have to be sure that you are using the latest versions of Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer for Camera call on web sites. Calls are supported by WebRTC extension. When you make the first call, you have to follow some steps to set up this extension. If you have any problems after setting up the extension, please take a screen shot of the error and send it to support@peeperapp.com or fill out the Help Form.
  • How can I send a gift?
    You can catch a member's attention by sending a gift and express yourself better.
    To send a gift, visit a member's profile and click on gift icon. Choose the gift you most like and send it.
    You are able send a gift during the speech. You can click to gift icon on the call screen, choose the gift in pop-up page and send it.
    After click to send button, we will send a notification to opposite side. A coin which equals to same value as the gift will be deducted from your account.
  • How do I block a member?
    As the Peeper Team, we attach great importance to the comfort of our members. If you do not wish to receive calls and likes from a member, you can prevent them from reaching you using the Block icon and report it to us.
Peeper Plus and Purchasing Transactions
  • What does coin mean?
    We load you 90 coins of bonus during the registration. These coins are for Video call. You have to buy more coins, if you decide to make more calls.

    You can buy these coins safely with adventigious prices from our Web site, Apple Store or Google Play Store.
  • About tariffs?
    Video call/90 Coin per Min
    Gifts will be deducted from your account with the same value.
  • How do I buy a coin?
    You can buy a coin from your credit card over in app purchases of Google Play or Apple Store and Web site. Coins will be reflected to your account immediately.

    To buy a coin over Web site;

    By signing in, follow Menu>Buy coins steps. Choose the suitable package and enter credit card details. Load coins into your account. Make sure your credit card is open for Internet shopping. If the problem occurs, you may fill out the Help Form to get support about the matter. We will solve your problem as soon as possible.

    To buy coins over App Store or Google Play;

    By signing in, follow Menu>Buy a coin steps. Choose the suitable package and enter your account's information. You can buy a coin by choosing a method which Google Play or App store offers you.

    If the problem occurs while buying a coin, you may fill out the Help Form to get support about the matter. We will solve your problem as soon as possible.
  • Am I able to refund these coins?
    Coins in Peeper are not refundable. You may use the rest of your coins in upcoming calls.
